Our Cold Circular Cutting Blade System KR 500-1600 optionally provides cutting functionality.
The system comes with an electric drive, control cabinet, drive roller and nitride and surface-hardened cutting roller. The knives are pressed through a variable pressure wave and initiate the cutting operation.
The position of the knives are independent, just like the sealing bar of the PS 500-1600.
Line speeds of up to 150m/min are also possible, so that the integration into an existing system is painless.
